Trial Period.
Customer will receive a six (6) month Trial Period free of subscription fees in exchange for actively using the Services and providing feedback.
Automatic Renewal & Billing.
At the end of the Trial Period, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-month terms unless Customer cancels at least 15 days prior to the renewal date. Providing valid credit card information is required for renewal at the end of the trial period. Upon renewal, subscription fees will apply.
Cancellation & Termination.
Customer may cancel at any time. To avoid charges after the Trial Period, cancel at least 15 days before renewal. Provider may terminate access immediately for material breach. Upon termination, Customer has 30 days to export data. After 30 days, Provider may permanently delete Customer data.
Data Ownership & Privacy.
Customer owns all business and transaction data entered into the Services. Provider may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Services. Provider will not sell Customer data to third parties. See the full Privacy Policy for details.
Service Availability & Support.
Provider aims for 99% uptime and will provide support during business hours via email/chat. Provider uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain security but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Limitation of Liability.
The Services are provided "AS IS" during the Trial Period. Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Governing Law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes.
Provider may update these terms and policies from time to time. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
